Saga Labs operates SecondLayer.ai, a SaaS platform that gives small and medium B2B businesses an AI assistant that responds to customers on WhatsApp. Each client connects their WhatsApp Business number to our platform through Meta's Cloud API.

We use the conversation content to:

  1. Understand what the customer is asking.
  2. Look up relevant information from the client's product catalog, prices, and business policies.
  3. Send back a helpful response, or escalate to the client's human staff when the situation needs a person.

All conversation data is stored only in the specific client's isolated account. No data is shared between different clients. SecondLayer.ai helps B2B businesses respond to customers around the clock without hiring more staff. The platform supports multiple languages and is launching with full Portuguese-language support.
